According to well-known
developer, LlabTooFeR, Google is supposedly testing a new Android
4.4.3 KitKat update with build KTU72B. Many nexus devices like the
Nexus 5 are facing inherent software issues such as camera bug and
battery-life problems that follow the Android 4.4.2 update.
Therefore, the users of Nexus 5 have been complaining of excessive
CPU usage when they are using camera that ultimately consumes more
battery life.
But the good news is the
new Android 4.4.3 update with build KTU72B that already comes with
the existing camera bug fix that found in Nexus 5 devices. "Android
4.4.3 is under testing. Build number is KTU72B. Probably it will fix
known camera bug," written in LlabTooFeR latest Twitter update.
Folks are finding the main cause of camera bug and it is determined
the background apps that continually connect the camera app service.
If any users want to
overcome from this problem, then rebooting the device and
uninstalling third-party apps, advised by some Industry experts. It
also hinted by Google about the camera bug on Nexus 5 devices with
its upcoming updates. However, it is not confirmed the inherent
software bugs will be fixed by the Android maker through incremental
updates or a major Android 4.4.3 release or not.
Nexus devices including
Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 are also waiting for a bug-fix
update with upcoming releases. With available details, we can assume
that KitKat build KTU72B comes with a minor bug-fix update that only
for camera bug. Except this, we don’t have any information related
to enhancements and other fixes, which are expected from the upcoming
release, Android 4.4.3. Before some days, we have seen the Nexus 5
that runs on Android KitKat update with build number KTU65.
So, it simply means that
the highly-anticipated bug-fix update will be unleashed by Google for
its Nexus devices in the near future. But the question is when?
